This involves contacting all the institutions and companies that are connected to the deceased such as banks, building societies and pension providers. Once a detailed account of the deceases assets and liabilities are ascertained, Probate and Inheritance Tax forms need to be completed. These documents need to lodged with the Probate Court before the Probate Certificate can be provided.
